Vase | MoonShell

This vase is glazed in soft shell-pink flowing into cream and speckled earthy tones, inspired by the iridescence of seashells glimmering in the moonlight. The glaze layers create natural movement, with soft transitions and speckles that echo the textures of tide-washed shells.
With its rounded form and luminous finish, this piece works beautifully as a vase for fresh or dried flowers, or as a sculptural object on its own. Its gentle colours bring warmth and coastal calm into any space.
Handmade in my little studio in Ōhaeawai, Aotearoa, New Zealand.
