Its open form is perfect for easy pinches of salt while cooking, and the contrast between the vibrant glaze and rich clay body gives it an earthy yet refined presence on your counter. The inside is unglazed in traditional salt pig style which means the clay wicks away moisture to help salt remain loose and un-clumped!
