Garlic Grater | Anemone Bloom

Inspired by ocean life and slow craft, the Anemone Bloom garlic grater features a hand-carved spiral design reminiscent of blooming sea anemones or ancient ammonites. Glazed in soft blue, ivory, and earthy tones with flecks of seafoam green and sandy gold, it brings coastal calm to any kitchen. Each one is individually wheel thrown, then glazed and fired to highlight the natural variation of the clay and glaze flow.

To use, simply rub fresh garlic (or ginger, turmeric, etc.) against the central ridges to create a fine paste perfect for dressings, marinades, or dipping oils. I usually pour a little olive oil in mine when done to wash the minced garlic into my sauces via the oil!
